Erin graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at Guilford Technical Community College and is a certified NeuroMuscular Therapist through the International Academy of NeuroMuscular Therapies. She offers Swedish, deep tissue, sports stretch, hot stone, and prenatal massage. She enjoys helping folks achieve their wellness goals, whether it’s relaxation, injury recovery, pain management, or fitness enhancement. In addition to massage, she enjoys teaching and practicing martial arts and self-defense. She’s also an avid artist and designer, a dedicated tabletop gamer, and she just can’t stop dancing.
